Our Founders
Debra Kennedy
Debra Kennedy is a multifaceted talent, renowned as an award-winning TV Host as well as television and print model.
As the visionary owner of Models In The Making, she tirelessly nurtured and mentored emerging talent, propelling them towards success in the entertainment industry.
With her captivating presence, Debra has graced the covers of two international magazines, captivating audiences worldwide with her undeniable charm and grace.
Her journey to success began in the pageant world, where she garnered accolades as Miss WV, Mrs. NC and Mrs. World Elite showcasing not only her beauty but also her poise and intellect.
In addition to her illustrious modeling and pageant career, Debra is a respected writer, having contributed to 5 national magazines with monthly columns. Her writings were not merely informative but served as a beacon of empowerment consistently uplifting and inspiring women from all walks of life.
Beyond her professional achievements, Debra is a force of positivity and empowerment, dedicated to uplifting women and championing their dreams. Her unwavering commitment to empowering others has solidified her as a true Icon in the entertainment Industry and beyond.
Debra's greatest accomplishment is being a mother and grandmother to her girl squad of three granddaughters.
Valarie Kovolski
Valarie Kovolski is a leading-edge wellpreneur (wellness entrepreneur) that is the owner of several small businesses. As the founder of We Wellness, her objective is to help others experience life as their best self through mindfulness, exploration and education.
Her wellness journey started after years of working in fast paced environments while juggling being a mom, wife and community servant.
Looking for an outlet and some ME time, Valarie discovered yoga. After years of personal practice, she had an overwhelming desire to share this amazing release with others, which led to the creation of her first business venture, Vfaith Yoga. As Vfaith Yoga grew, Valarie found a home in the Wellness community and started to grow her offerings into other aspects of Wellness. That's when her second business venture was formed, We Wellness. We Wellness expands into all 7 dimensions of wellbeing; Mental, Physical, Relationships, Cultural, Environmental, Occupational and Financial. Through Educational Seminars, Valarie partners with leading experts in their field to teach, inspire and motivate seminar participates to elevate their 7 dimensions of wellbeing.
As a lover of world travel, Valarie has teamed up with her mother-in-law, a leader in the travel business, to explore how travel can impact wellbeing. After learning that travel can improve multiple dimensions of Wellness, she recently joined Curio Travel and specializes in Wellness travel. (travel associated with the pursuit of maintaining or enhancing one's personal wellbeing).
She currently lives in Charlotte NC with her husband and two fur babies, Lucy and Brannigan. Her passions have become her life's work therefore she loves yoga, travel and all things learning.
